“Quality Printing For Everyone” Promotion
Promotion Period: 1 April 2026 – 31 July 2026

• The “Quality Printing For Everyone” promotion is valid from 1st April 2026 to 31st July 2026.
• Rewards will be given for purchases of eligible Brother products from authorised resellers in Malaysia only during the promotion period.
• The product warranty must be registered through Brother’s official online warranty registration platform or via WhatsApp.
• Customers must complete the claim submission with the attachment of the warranty registration slip and proof of purchase via the redemption portal:

• All entries must be submitted online before 11:59PM on 15th August 2026.
  All late submissions will not be entertained.
• Each submission is entitled to one (1) claim only.
• All approval and rejection statuses with remarks will be sent via email within 30 working days upon the entry submission date.
• If any eligible product is found to have its original in-box consumables or starter consumables removed, replaced, or substituted with bundled OEM consumables, Brother International (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to void any associated redemption or benefits without prior notice.
• All promotional rewards will be sent via email from no-reply@paysgift.com.my within 30 working days upon approval of the redemption submission.
  Customers are advised to check their spam or junk mail folder as the reward email may be filtered there.
• The Touch ’n Go eWallet reload PIN issued as part of this promotion is subject to its own validity period as stated in the reward email issued by no-reply@paysgift.com.my. Customers are responsible for redeeming the reload PIN within the stated validity period.
• For approved redemptions where the reward has not been received, customers may contact atyourside@brother.com.my to check the status.
  This inquiry must be made no later than 31st August 2026. Any inquiries received after this date will not be entertained.
• Customers must ensure that their email address and personal information are correct and valid during the promotion and redemption process.

• Customers who purchase DCP-T230 or DCP-T430W during the promotion period are entitled to redeem one (1) unit of Brother Genuine Black Ink BTD100BK.
• To qualify for the complimentary ink redemption, customers must successfully complete the product warranty registration via Brother’s official warranty registration platform.
• During the redemption submission, customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address in the redemption form.
• The complimentary Black Ink BTD100BK will be delivered to the address provided during the redemption submission.
• Brother International (M) Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for failed delivery, delays, or undelivered items caused by incomplete, incorrect, or invalid delivery addresses provided during the redemption process.
• The complimentary Black Ink BTD100BK is not exchangeable for cash, other consumables, or any other items.
• Brother International (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute the complimentary item with any item of equivalent value without prior notice.

• Touch N Go E Wallet rewards given under this promotion are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any cash equivalent or any other gift items.
• Brother International (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right not to replace any rewards or vouchers due to loss or if the voucher expiration period has been overlooked.
• All decisions made by Brother International (M) Sdn Bhd are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
