1.⁠ ⁠The “Printing Joy, Rewarding Togetherness” promotion is valid from 1st Jan 2025 to 31st Mar 2025.
2.⁠ ⁠Rewards will be given to all purchases of eligible products from all authorised resellers in Malaysia only.
3.⁠ ⁠The product warranty must be registered through online or WhatsApp.
4.⁠ ⁠The claim submission shall be completed with attachment of warranty registration slip & proof of purchase via : https://promo-redeem.brother.com.my/promotion?id=9
5.⁠ ⁠All entries must be submitted online before 11:59PM on 15th of April 2025, all late submissions will not be entertained.
6.⁠ ⁠Each submission is entitled for 1 [ONE] claim only.
7.⁠ ⁠All the approval & rejection status with remarks will be sent via email within 30 working days upon the entry submission date.
 8. If any eligible product is found to have its original in-box consumables or starter consumables removed, replaced, or substituted with bundled OEM consumables, Brother reserves the right to void any associated redemptions or benefits without prior notice. 
9.⁠ ⁠All rewards will be sent via email: no-reply@paysgift.com.my within 30 working days upon approval from the entry submission date. Kindly check your spam / junk mail box as the rewards released emails might be inside.
10.⁠ ⁠For approved redemptions where the rewards was not received, please contact us via email at atyourside@brother.com.my to check the status. This inquiry of the reward status should be made no later than 15th May 2025. Any inquiries received after that will not be entertained.
11.⁠ ⁠Kindly ensure your email address and other information are correct and valid during or after promotion period.
12.⁠ ⁠The rewards given are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any cash equivalent or any other gift items.
13.⁠ ⁠Brother international (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights NOT TO replace any new rewards / vouchers due to any missing or the vouchers 'expiration period was overlooked.
