Terms & Conditions:

1. The “Infinite Printers, Infinite Savings” promotion is valid from 1^stNov 2024 to 31^st Dec 2024.
2. Rewards will be given to all purchases of eligible products: DCP-T220 and DCP-T420W from all authorised resellers in Malaysia only.
3. The product warranty must be registered through online or WhatsApp.
4. The claim submission shall be completed with attachment of warranty registration slip & proof of purchase via: https://promo-redeem.brother.com.my/promotion?id=8
5. All entries must be submitted online before 11:59PM on 15th of Jan 2025, all late submissions will not be entertained.
6. Each submission is entitled for 1 [ONE] claim only.
7. All the approval & rejection status with remarks will be sent via email within 30 working days upon the entry submission date.
8. All rewards will be arranged via courier within 30 working days upon approval from the entry submission date.
9. For approved redemptions where the courier parcel was not received, please contact us via email at atyourside@brother.com.my to check the status. This inquiry of the parcel status should be made within 30 days after the promotion has ended. Any inquiries received after that will not be entertained.
10. All parcel enquiries or disputes will be checked solely based on Brother’s courier partner’s parcel tracking system.
11. Kindly ensure your delivery information: Receiver Name, Mobile Number and Receiving Mailing Address are correct and valid during or after promotion period.
12. The rewards given are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any cash equivalent or any other gift items.
13. Brother international (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights NOT TO replace any new rewards due to any misplaced of the parcels after receiving.
14. Brother International (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the gift with any items of equivalent value without prior notice.
15. All decisions made by Brother International (M) Sdn Bhd are binding and final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
16. All personal data provided shall be kept confidential. By participating in this promotion, the customer warrants that all personal details given are correct and accurate, and that they have read and understood all T&C related to this promotion and agree to be bound unconditionally by it.
